My Greenskeeper was founded when two industry professionals decided to join forces and talents to create a company providing lawn care expertise to clients in Maryland and Delaware.

Matthew Richter
Co-Founder & Partner – Vice President of Operations

Matt has over 19 years of green industry experience. He is a 1993 graduate of The Ohio State University’s Agricultural Technical Institute with a degree in Agronomy.

Matt served as assistant golf course superintendent for the Baltimore Country Club and The Caves Valley Golf Club in Maryland. He subsequently managed the construction of and served as superintendent/director of golf course maintenance for three Delaware clubs, Back Creek Golf Club, Frog Hollow Golf Club, and The Saint Anne’s Club.

As a partner at My Greenskeeper, Matt oversees all aspects of company operations. He brings a wealth of turf management knowledge, attentiveness to detail, and a commitment to quality to every client interaction. Matt’s goal is for every client to feel as though they have their own personal greenskeeper on staff and a gorgeous lawn to go along with it.

Paul Poremski
Co-Founder & Partner – Vice President of Finance & Marketing

Paul is the founder and president of Better Blooms Lawn Care and Landscaping in Maryland. He is a 1995 graduate of Towson State University with a degree in Economics.

Prior to forming his own company, Paul spent seven years in the financial industry and served as a financial advisor for two leading Baltimore investment firms. Not only does the role of financial advisor require a strong knowledge of investments, it also requires exceptional sales and presentation skills, and the ability to gain the trust of clients by providing them with sound advice and the highest levels of service. Paul successfully combined these skills along with his entrepreneurial spirit and his passion for lawn care and landscaping when he founded his own company in 2002.

Paul’s responsibilities as a partner at My Greenskeeper include managing the company’s financial affairs and overseeing corporate sales, marketing and strategic development.
